Greg Ethridge

Chairman, CEO

Greg completed seven SPAC transactions raising over $1.5B in capital for merger targets. He has 20+ years in public and private investing, advising, and operating middle market companies, and extensive experience in financial operations of public companies as CFO of Canoo, Inc. raising $200M+.

Greg is a former Senior Partner at MatlinPatterson Asset Managment, a $9 billion alternative asset manager. He started his career as an investment banker at Jefferies & Company and Gleacher & Co.

Josh Ernst

President, CFO

Josh is a 2X founder, the founding CEO of Backflip, a Fintech/ Proptech, which raised $340M (equity + debt). He was a 2025 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year® finalist, and under Josh's leadership, Backflip has grown into a national platform with +100,000 members, +$100B/yr in properties analyzed, and $500M+ in RTL loan originations.

Prior to Backflip, Josh was an executive at fintech real estate companies Myers as COO and founder/CEO of Urbin. He was also a VC partner at Revel (over $1 billion exits), and an investment banker at Sandler O’Neill and Gleacher & Co.
